Two new HappyIndexAtWork® labels for Wakam!

For the second year in a row, we are very proud to share with you that we have been awarded two new labels by ChooseMyCompany to the companies whose employees are the happiest:

• HappyIndexAtWork®
• TechAtWork® (focus on IT & Data teams)

With grades of 4.37/5 and 4.50/5 in the ChooseMyCompany survey, our score is constantly improving compared to the previous year (4.16 and 3.90/5).

In the last few months, we have implemented a hybrid work organization in which everyone is free to work from home two to three days a week. Some of our Wakamees have even decided to work in a “full remote” far from Paris and are now working all over France. We even have Wakamees like our 3 Country Managers who work from England, Germany or Italy!

It is not for nothing that 81.9% of Wakamees approve our “work organization” (vs 69% in the insurance/banking/finance sectors) and that 78.6% would “recommend Wakam to a friend/colleague”.

And because “fun at work” is one of our cultural markers (read the full list), we are proud to see that 82.5% of them have fun every day!
